We import large quantities at any one time but due to their popularity, superb quality & pricing, stock sometimes run low before the next shipment arrives.

Q: Can I order a specific Fender Japan model or color from you?
A: Yes you can. If we have not got the model or color you require in stock then, for a 20% deposit, we will order it for you.

Q: I'm not sure what model I want to purchase, can I visit for a demo to help me decide?
A: You are welcome to visit, just email or phone to make an appointment to visit at a time that is convenient for you.

Q: I have seen a guitar that I would like to purchase but there is no facility to order online. Why do you not accept online credit card sales?
A: We accept all major credit & debit cards in person, by phone or email but at present do not offer the "buy online" option. We feel that when purchasing an expensive item such as a guitar, most people prefer to speak to someone direct or visit to try before they buy. We will continue to regularly review this situation & may offer buying online in the future.

Q: I am located in the US. Do you accept payment in US$, either cash or check?
A: For International customer's, payment is only accepted in UK£ Sterling by Credit/Debit Card, Bank Wire Transfer or Cash. We will also accept payment via PayPal by prior arrangement only. If you have any doubt's about payment options from your country then please see our Terms & Conditions page or contact Trans Am Guitars by email or phone.

Q: How can I find out the exchange rate for my country's currency?
A: Here is a link to a currency conversion site. If still in doubt, contact your bank or credit card company.

Q: Can you supply & fit my preferred brand of strings and set up my new purchase to my specification?
A: We can replace the stock strings with your preferred brand & set up your guitar to your spec's whatever your requirements. Just let us know what make/gauge strings & action required and we will do the rest. There is a £20.00 charge for this service.
